We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and holistic mental health support through secure telehealth visits. Our care is trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, and tailored to women and working professionals.

We currently focus on psychiatric care and medication management. However, we often collaborate with therapists and can offer referrals if you’re seeking specific therapy as part of your wellness plan.

We are 100% virtual, offering secure and confidential telehealth services across Florida and New Mexico. All visits take place through a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

In New Mexico, we are self-pay only. If you’re unsure if you’re located in a covered state, feel free to reach out and ask!

Yes! In Florida, we accept a variety of insurance plans. We also accept self-pay clients. In New Mexico, we currently offer self-pay services only. Superbills can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

You can schedule an appointment through our secure booking platform [Insert Booking Link] or by contacting us directly. We also offer free 10-minute consults if you want to make sure we’re a good fit before committing.

Your first appointment will be a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation. We’ll review your history, discuss current concerns, explore your goals, and begin to create a personalized care plan together.

Follow-ups are typically every 2–4 weeks to begin with, and then less frequently as your treatment plan stabilizes. We personalize the schedule based on your needs and progress.

We prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, but always in a responsible, ethical, and safe manner. We do not offer long-term benzodiazepine treatment. All prescriptions are discussed thoroughly during your visit.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee.
